Our expertise lies in Business Process Management (BPM) widely defined as “a set of methods, tools, and technologies used to design, enact, analyse, and control operational business processes”. Didusec founders have experience of business across the private and public sectors. Our team of BPM consultants have worked on major BPM projects across a diverse range of economic sectors, including the utilities, banking, retail and telecoms industries.
STAN MOLEMA (Managing Director) – Stan has more than 20 years’ experience in the Information and Communications Technology sector. He commenced his career as a support technician, moving up through the ranks and across the diverse functional areas found in the ICT business, with a specific emphasis on both the strategic and operational management roles required of the BPM discipline. Stan’s industry experience has been in the rail, energy and government sectors. His experience of major transformation projects includes, amongst others, the Y2k switchover of Business & Management Information Systems (BMIS); Embedded Technical Systems (ETS) and a major outsourcing contract of ICT services at Eskom. Stan also participated in one of the major BPM projects at Eskom, where he developed a Risk and Access Control Matrix (RACM) as well as performing Quality Assurance (QA) on process control manuals (PCM). Stan holds a B.Com (UDW) and has completed various management training programmes.
